Suited for Success provides supportive services to men in transition that are seeking employment. We offer personal and professional coaching and mentoring services to our clients once they obtain employment to help them retain their jobs. Suited for Success starts with a suit, but ends with coaching, mentoring and entrepreneurship training sessions with program partners, business owners, and community leaders.

Career Transition Services

We provide one-on-one consulting, instructional seminars, peak performance groups, video-taped role-playing sessions, networking support and clerical assistance. We partner with each person to provide critical feedback, strategy and support. These services range from one month to one year, and are customized to fit each individuals needs.

Interview Coaching

An Interview Coach will help you to identify core competencies and developmental areas and provide a rich environment of ongoing self-awareness, learning and support.
